- חֲדַרch. sam(חדר rounded), to swarm around. Targ. Y. I Deut. 1:44 היכמא דחַדְרָן וחיישןוכ׳ (some ed. דחדדן, v. חֲדַד) as the wasps swarm around (man) and hie away (cmp. חזר in Targ. Ps. 118:11, sq.).
